In school and home, one of the most common referrals is for symptoms of Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). And we know the challenging behaviors that coincide with these symptoms – tantrums, meltdowns, non-compliance, arguing, yelling, which make treatment difficult.
Dr. Jason Mathison will offer targeted interventions for these behaviors. He’ll cover ODD subtypes, causes, and provide strategies from both clinical and educational perspectives, including motor memory, emotional labeling, executive functioning, CBT, and REBT.
