Dr. Mohammed Azam is an adult psychiatrist providing inpatient services at our main campus. Dr. Azam is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He received his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies and a Master of Arts in Medical Science from Loyola University in Chicago, IL. Dr. Azam joined the medical staff in 2024.
