October 15, 2010 -- Golfing with Family and Friends of Brook Lane This fun event will be held, October 15, 2010 at the Waynesboro Country Club.  The day will begin with a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m.  The event is a four person scramble and monies raised will benefit the Brook Lane Autism Program.  Sponsorship and team opportunities are available.  For more information click on the title above.

Sept. 24, 2010 -- Ethical Issues: Clients Who Threaten, Abuse or Injure This course will examine at what point the responsibility of the health care provider extends from treatment to a legal and ethical obligation to protect others. The Maryland Annotated Code, Supreme Court decisions and professional ethical codes mandate that health care providers have a legal and ethical obligation when a patient threatens serious injury to self or others and when there is suspicion that a caretaker is abusive to a child or vulnerable adult.  Click on the title above for more information.
